Briefing

No matter if you approach us with a loose goal or a fully fleshed-out storyboard, this initial phase is here to get to know each other. It’s where we learn more about your needs, opportunities and goals. We present you with an initial written proposal where we recap the aim and scope of the project, outline our creative vision and efforts on how to develop a helpful solution. We’ve included a first rough estimate in regards to costs and timing.

Concept

All our conceptual services aim to paint a more vivid picture of what the final result could look like. It gives everybody involved the right tools to share and discuss their vision and expectations for the project to help us develop a well-thought-out concept.
After narrowing down and adjusting the packages we’ve presented on how to bring your message to life, our concept paper reaches the point where everybody can get behind it and you as a client are comfortable commissioning the campaign.

Pre-production

Now all wheels are set in motion. We immediately dive into market research and developing a target audience. Every important aspect of the campaign is defined in the pre-launch booklet. Before the campaign starts, all parties involved come together for the pre-launch meeting. Here you get the chance to review the contents of the booklet, choose from presented options and raise last-minute requests within reason, while we take you through our road map for the whole campaign.
step 4
Production

Now that we have our initial target audience defined, we begin producing goal-orientated assets that will speak to them and reach them via strategic paid ad placements. After we select the best material and provide it for your revision in the form of rough compositions or as a first draft edit of a video. After a couple of iterations, where we incorporate your feedback, we present you with the final moving and still images. You sign off on the master files and we start adapting them for every platform.

Post-production

All of our digital marketing services aim to enhance the impact of your message. With our assets and target audience established we are ready to launch. Our team of strategists are constantly A/B testing the assets produced by our award-winning creatives to ensure we are maximizing the reach of the campaign. We adjust the parameters of the targeted ads when necessary and make data-informed decisions. This method and constant monitoring is why Tandem Bike’s metrics blow away industry averages.

Adaptions

We aren’t satisfied with simply getting people to sign up for a seven day trial and we know you aren’t either. Once we have launched, our efforts will shift to retaining existing customers and enticing new viewers by keeping them excited about the content you have and what is to come in the future. We will build a subscriber base that you are able to retain and profit from long term. Our long-term goal is that every subscriber nets you at least 100 what they cost to acquire over the lifetime of their subscription.
